AVOID AT ALL COST!
Went today for the first (and last!) time for an acrylic set and gel toes (no pedicure, no acrylic, not even shape/file for my toes as I filed them at home as I liked, only the colour) and in their online booking system it shows 30£ for the full set of acrylic + 20£ for the gel toes and they’ve charged me a total of 110£!
Never, NEVERA in the 13 years I’ve been having my nails done in UK I’ve payed more than 40£ for a set of acrylics, nevermind 80£! And 30£ for the toes!
On top of that I had to re-file the hand nails when I got home, as not a single one of them was straight on the top part! Holidays completely ruined and I spent the morning crying. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!

Not a nice experience. Booked through google and price says £30 but they tried to charge me £37 and said that it’s changed. Staff who did my nails were quite rude and at one point there were 5 staff stood around me whilst I got my nails done, all speaking in another language and laughing. I’ve got glue all stuck to my fingers from where they missed my nails. I won’t be returning.

I had an infill of biab done here on 11th October. This was £40 (£35 cost with £5 tip). Every colour I asked for they didn’t seem to have. Eventually found a colour. When coming away from the stall, i noticed the biab was overlapping my natural nails and I had sharp bits that hadn’t been filed correctly. I tried to brush it off, however within 3 days of me having these on, the biab was lifting, cracking, and chipping. I would avoid at all cost, what a waste of money, had to go and have them redone within less than a week.

My daughter and I went for our eyebrows waxed at the beauty boutique this morning. Told the wax was still heating up which is absolutely fine. Woman was talking on her phone, we sat there 5 mins waiting before a woman came in and asked if she was busy, staff member said no and carried on doing her lashes. We waited a while longer but we got up and left. The woman was quite rude when we left. Not going there again.

I had my nails down there today and the man he. Cut both of my nails and it kept bleeding non stop the staff was really rude and kept laughing to themselves now my fingers could get infected

The lady working there was very rough doing my nails and made me bleed! When she saw my cut, she put acrylic powder on it!
