Emma at The Basement Hair and Beauty is absolutely amazing! It was my first time getting highlights, and I am beyond happy with how they turned out — I genuinely feel like a new person. Emma made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived, and the whole appointment was such a lovely experience. She works so quickly and efficiently without ever making you feel rushed, and there’s no waiting around which I really appreciated. Her work is beautiful, and she knew exactly how to make my hair look and feel incredible. I left feeling so confident, and I honestly can’t recommend Emma enough! Thank you so much 🩷

Very bad service booked an appointment for 3:45 and when I turned up the reception and the hairdresser had already left knowing I had an appointment with her absolutely shocking experience never will be going back they don’t keep to their word been here many times before and this is the first time this has happened absolutely shocking

literally so professional and kind!
had the nicest time and felt like the salon was very inclusive, stylist was so sweet and kind and offered me advice and made my time there so wonderful, hair came out so beautiful and i loved it! overall, a 10/10 experience and will definitely be going back! amazing customer service and just overall very friendly with amazing results, had a wonderful chat as well!
