I’m honestly so disappointed with my experience here. When this salon first opened, the staff were lovely, welcoming, and professional, which is why I decided to come back — especially as a bride wanting my nails done for such an important time in my life.

Unfortunately, the service this time was completely different. The staff were rude, huffing and puffing the entire appointment, and handling our hands and fingers so roughly that it made the experience really uncomfortable. The atmosphere felt cold and unfriendly, and instead of feeling relaxed and excited, I left upset and stressed.

It’s really sad to see how much the service has changed now that the business has become more popular. Customer care seems to have disappeared completely. As a bride, I wanted to leave feeling happy and confident, but instead I left feeling disappointed and frustrated.

I definitely won’t be returning.

Amazing service provided here! I have a baby and was on limited time, the lovely owner and his wife went above and beyond for me! They did both my pedicure and gel manicure hand nails at the same time within an hour! They did not rush or anything. The staff took their time with their work. Their quality in work is amazing and they’re so friendly! The staff make you feel very welcomed and comfortable. I can not thank them enough! Their nails are Beautiful with all the latest colours and trends! Thank you again

Today I came to Angels Nails, new owners, wow they’ve done a great job. Clean & refreshed beauty salon much better than before. Very good customers from both Lee’s, they looked after me and did what I asked for with regular checks if I’m happy with the colour for both my hands and feet. More colour variety, new designs and were very attentive. Would recommend

Would give this “establishment” 0 stars if I could but what a nightmare. Let’s ignore the fact that their company is dissolved according to Companies House, so how they’re trading anyways is extremely concerning. Someone needs to notify HMRC as soon as possible. Anywhos, got my nails done from here. Absolutely disgusting set of nails, worst I’ve ever had. My cuticles weren’t even cut. The acrylic applied was far too thick for my nail beds. I voiced all my concerns to the nail technician before Cindy became increasingly aggressive. Was unwilling to offer me a logical solution. Avoid at all costs.

Called today after being let down by another salon. Working on a Sunday, fit me in immediately, polite, friendly and fast. Had a full set of acrylics and toes done in around 65minutes. Nails are beaut, exactly what I wanted and possibly one of the best sets I've ever had from a walk in Vietnamese salon. Excellent service, thank you! I'll be back!
