Google Terrible experience. They moved my appointment without calling me to let me know. I received an email with the new time which I couldn't make, so I have to go on holiday without getting my nails done. I had to send multiple whatsapp messages to make them agree not to charge me for the new appointment they made!! I'll be checking to make sure I'm not charged and I won't be booking with them ever again!

Google A warning that this place is completely unreliable - they cancelled my booking for my wedding nails with 3 hours notice which was very frustrating and stressful. There is no way to phone them or get through to a real person to talk to.

Google What a terrible experience I had at this salon. Was made to feel bad that I had regular polish on and hadn’t booked a removal - I’d tried, regular polish removal isn’t something you can book.
I had an express manicure with regular polish. I had to pay an extra £4 to have a topcoat, this is ridiculous, you don’t have to pay extra for gel topcoat. The polish was dull and horrible without the topcoat but they’d have been happy to send me out like that.
The polish was hard for the technician to apply, a few nails had to be completely redone. She said she wasn’t signed off for nailart so was obviously new. I don’t think you should have to pay full price when someone is training.
I asked her to shorten my nails, she barely did and they are all different lengths. I was given the files she’d used and definitely needed them, half the nails were rough.
The whole atmosphere felt uncomfortable, I’m not sure why but it was all very serious and subdued.
So this is what I came out with, uneven patchy nails, with added bubbles. The big crease on my thumb happened 2 hours after the manicure. The product is just terrible. I ended up having to redo it all myself.
Wish I’d just bought myself some new polish instead of spending £32 on this mess.

Google I’ve been a regular customer for about a year with townhouse Cribbs Causeway. Today I was left embarrassed and incredibly unhappy. I suffered a trauma to my big toe about 15 years ago and the nail doesn’t grow properly. But the young blonde nail tech took it upon herself to assume I had an infection. I explained to her why my nail was this way and she did not once ask me if it was an infection. She just sent a picture of my nail to her manager. Who said that could not do the service - even though I have been there at least 4 times before and had no issue after I explained. Never once did she ask me if it was an infection she just assumed and said I would need to provide my own polish if I wanted the service. I have a very regular experienced nail tech who does my fingers and she assured me that any experienced tech would know that its trauma not an infection. I honestly cannot believe the experience I had today. Upset is an understatement. Needless to say I will never be returning to townhouse and I will be advising friends not to either.

Google Had a wonderful experience last month with all 3 ladies in the cribbs Townhouse. First time visiting and will definitely be back. I booked incorrectly on the online booking system and they managed to move things around for me so me and my Mum were able to get the nails we wanted. So kind and friendly and our nails were perfect. Highly recommend !

Google Bog standard nails and highly overpriced! Gotten a much better job done for half the price elsewhere but waned to try townhouse out, so overhyped, girls spending more time complaining about time they had then getting the job done to the standard I was paying for! I get that time is pushed however the price should probably replicate that instead of feeling rushed and a significantly reduced standard of product given! I won’t be returning anytime soon… photos are from 3 days after having them done!
