I visited a few days ago. After reading some of the lower reviews mentioning rude behaviour and poor customer service, I have to say I partly agree. The service is not cheap, especially as it is cash only. They did spend around 45 minutes per person and the quality of the work itself was generally good. However, the way customers are dealt with needs improvement. Simple communication would make a big difference. They should explain what they are planning to do, as not every customer knows the process and for some it may even be their first visit. Better interaction would greatly improve the overall experience.

Awful service, when I walked in no one greeted me.
They are not kind. My nails were rushed. When I mentioned my nails were crooked she did nothing about it. I would not recommend.

I arrived after work and the staff were really lovely and squeezed me in before close. I asked for a specific design and they did an incredible job.

I have gone to this nail salon a few times and can highly recommend. Such quick service and friendly couple that work on customers. Can recreate any nail design shown! Decent prices and cash only place. Quickest nail salon I’ve been too with such high standard and quality

Highly recommend, fair price and a lovely couple that runs it. They were very lovely towards myself, my daughter and my niece. The lady did such a good job on my nails and I have no complaints. I will definitely go again!

Early afternoon best time for no wait, no appointment needed. Very happy with gel pedicures. Just remember it is cash only.

I have been going to ruby nails for years now. The couple who run it are very nice and I never have any issues. The prices are fair and they have a great selection of colours. Even if they are busy which it often is, they will still give you the time for what you want. Sometimes there is a queue because they are popular but they work in order. I don’t go anywhere else. Clean store, helpful and polite staff.

I used to have my nails done at Ruby Nails, before Covid and was always pleased, with the results, so it was only natural, that I would go back there.
The salon is always clean and tidy.
The staff are friendly, helpful and professional.
A great selection of colours to choose from.
So pleased to have my nails looking great again. Thank you to the staff at Ruby Nails.
Looking forward to going back to have my infills and many more visits to my favourite nail salon.
I highly recommend Ruby Nails and staff.

Have been coming here since they opened
Always know exactly what I want even down to my colour
They do get busy but you expect that always been polite and well mannered to me
And lots of colours to choose from and designs if you choose that

never going back again when i went into the shop i was the only person there and they asked me to sit down and another customer came in and they told me to move so they could do her first then when i finally sat down she was rude and said my nails would be £45 when my friend had the same nails but said she would be charged £35 . The woman was rude cut my finger then painted over my cut to try and hide it which stung and she kept telling me to relax even though i was then kept kissing her teeth at me and rolling her eyes then told me she won’t do my nails and overcharged me so much don’t waste your money

I got my nails done here and requested a white and blue crocodile print design. The technician did an incredible job, and I’m beyond impressed with the results. Plus, the pricing was quite affordable compared to other places. Definitely recommend this place.
