Booked an appointment for 1030, starting filing then left me for 30 minutes before finally coming back, not filed properly gel colour was a mess, they tried to correct it the filing and colour but just made it worse so told them to stop. would not go back

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was by far the absolute worse experience in a nail salon. First, you arrive and the door has to be unlocked from the inside at around 2pm (the business says “open”). I walk in and say what I intend to do and asked what type of payment they accept, only to be ignored and told to sit down. I quickly understood why the door was locked, because I saw they were laying down on the pedicure chairs at the back room listening to loud music. Not one word was understood from the “nail technician” which kept asking me questions I didn’t understand yet he proceeds with doing what he wants to with a rude smirk. Somehow we agree with the color I was trying to get, a milky white/pink. He barely removed the polish I had on and proceeded by applying a product that I never had before and suspect it’s to be applied on acrylic/plastic nails. When I placed my hand inside the UV dryer, I felt a horrible and excruciating pain and quickly told them that my nail hurt a lot and that something was very wrong. I was told that they were using some kind of gel but not the regular gel polish I always get, which dries with absolutely no pain at all.
He then tried to remove that product and as it was not working, he soaked my nails on a liquid do dissolve it.
Once yet again he finished removing another layer of that weird polish, he applied a color that was too white and then applied a pink on top that was like an electric pink color and it was looking horrible so I told them that I would not want to continue that I was not happy with the way things were going including the fact that they rudely talk in a foreign language right in front of me about me and about how things are going. I noticed immediately that due to the intense and repetitive use of the drills to remove that thick polish, some of my nails were left with marks/stripes which they quickly tried to blame it on me saying the stripes were already there as if I didn’t know how my nails looked before, hence I was wearing a clear polish upon arrival. One of the guys spoke English very well and was the one who actually still had the audacity to charge me £20 for putting me through all of that and living with an unfinished manicure. Do yourself a favor, stir clear of this place. The salon was messy and incredibly dirty. An absolute never again! An absolute disgrace ! The fotos added show what I was charged for.

I had my nails done here for the first time. I booked an appointment via their Instagram, they managed to squeeze me in the next day. I sent a hand drawn design and the lovely artists here recreated it perfectly! I was very impressed by the methods they used to get my nails looking this good. I will certainly be back!
