Google Absolutely abhorrent. My grandmother went in for a simple wash and blowdry. Got ragged around in the sink and was dried with a damp, obviously unwashed towel. They were rude to the assistants, and its as if they never touched a hairbrush before the day she walked in. Would give minus stars if i could. She was all kinds of upset.

Google Just had my very long hair restyled by Rachael. I was very uncertain as it is over 10 yrs since I had a short style but Rachael was marvelous advising and encouraging on a new short style. I was really happy with the result and will certainly be going back to keep my style in shape. Really friendly and good value for money.
