Absolutely awful! I had a full set of acrylics. No prep work on the cuticles. The acrylic was way too thick and it didn’t even cover the whole nail. I walked out with what looked like a fortnights grow out! Avoid like the plague!!

Absolutely gutted with my service here, I went to have a pedicure and gave myself 2 hours to have it done. I arrived 9:40 and was quickly sat in a chair and tips applied to my nails. The lady then left and said for the tips to dry. 20 mins later I asked where she’d gone and she’d gone to Cardiff for an appointment. I was told to wait another 20 minutes to be seen by someone else. I had to leave to pick my child up wich resulted in me leaving with tips on my toes and an hour of my time wasted. Very unprofessional and I feel like the tips were applied quickly so I was sat in a chair and not able to just leave and go to another salon.

I had my nails done today and all round 4 of my cuticles I have cuts and damages, they were bleeding, 2 of those cuts are slightly infected and extremely sore. they are also swollen. The appointment seemed rushed and had a significant lack of professional care. They also forgot to do part of the design on one of my nails then when I corrected them they got the design wrong. I would not recommend! The pictures show the inspiration and what I received including the damages!

Been going here for almost a year now. Fantastic people who are professional, caring and friendly. Always understand that my hand position for them is awkward at times due to disability issues, very patient with me about it. Had an infected finger nail due to an accident involving a jammed finger in a door, they helped me deal with the issue when it developed a hole in the nail threatening to rip off my finger. They didn't judge me about it , just cut away the damaged nail like it was any other service they provided.

I love my nails so much, staff was very friendly and nails look exactly like the inspo, they even stayed open later to finish my nails and still offered to do 3D art on my nails.

Absolutely shocking nails I complained about it afterward and was offered nothing apart from have nails redone wouldn’t go back, all my hard work growing my biabs ruined as she thought it was right to infill Biab with acrylic powder even though I challenged it and was told she knows best
