Poor hygiene between clients, ended up with wonky nails and an infection.

Highly over priced for a beginner

This women is just pure greedy please avoid. She’s newly qualified and not up to the standard you would expect when you are being charged £50 for a set! Will ignore you and do anything she can to keep your deposit money

Sadly after leaving a lovely review because lowery asked me too, I’ve had nothing but problems. I paid £48 for my nails 4 days ago. In 4 DAYS they are chipped broken and top coat has turned yellow. Lowery admitted the yellowing was down to her product however when I was perfectly understanding that these things happen and asked for my deposit back for the next appointment I’d booked which is in 3 weeks time, Lowery refused stating it was non refundable! Even though the issues were completely her fault! She then refused to speak to me and hid behind her so called clients. Absolutely disgusting someone who has only been qualified a few weeks should want to build reputation and offer good customer service. Please avoid!!!!

Lowry did great with my nails. I didn't know what exactly kind of BIAB that I want, she guided me and asked me questions. And voila, I had pretty nails and they stayed a month I think.
Lowry also was nice and friendly.
