Excellent nail bar with a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional, and took great care with my nails — the finish was perfect. A lovely extra touch was the free coffee while I was there including a Kit-kat, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!”

Really disappointed, been with this nail bar for a few months now since relocating from London to Bridgend. Always had a pleasant visit, happy with nails and service. I ensure I tip the girls too as they do their best, although my last visit has left me like this, not even 48 hours later.
Requested a refund so I can get these sorted as I only now have the 29th off which is 12 days away! Declined a refund and told this hasn’t happened before - yet other reviews say otherwise. Was offered to go back for them to be sorted, but I can’t get there til the 29th as stated. The point is I should not be inconvenienced and now out of pocket to have to get these sorted 48-72 hours later of having them done! Advised I would have to have the same colour which isn’t a problem at all, just not confident it won’t happen again as I was advised this was a new brand of colours to be introduced following their new opening this week, would prefer to have the previous brand I have had with them before but not possible apparently. To be fair I was advised that I can come back even if it meant it was later in the day due to work, but it’s too inconvenient to travel in rush hour to sort something that shouldn’t of happened in the first place. Will dispute with bank for refund instead which is a shame as the payment I made included tip.

Went last minute with my elderly mum . The owner Teresa was so accommodating & friendly. Took the time to chat and be so pleasant. Thanks to Molly and Catrin who were so kind to my elderly mother . She loved having her gels to her toes and fingers polished .
