The worst customer service ever!!!!
I walked-in there to do my nails today at 4:30pm as on the website says
“walking-in friendly” However isn’t true, there was only one person and she was doing a pedicure to another customer when I came, I sat there, waiting for her to acknowledge me but she never did it even that I was talking on my phone so she could hear me. After me another customer came and when she finished with the first customer it was when she asked both of us who was next, the other customer had an appointment and I said I walked-in, so she started to do other customers nails and eventually after 1hour and a half sitting there myself she asked me what I wanted to do then I said a french nail polish, then she said I have another customer with appointment after this one, so I asked her aren’t you walking-in friendly as your website says? Then she said yes we do sometimes……. honestly I could not believe it as she could save me lots of time as I was there with my baby and husband and if I had known that 1hour and a half earlier I could get my nails done elsewhere.
Also they MUST update their website because they aren’t walking-in friendly at all or at least website it should say: Sometimes we are walking-in friendly!!!! So people know what to expect.
I don’t know her name but she definitely doesn’t know the meaning of a great customer service at all so managers should get her under the training of it.
It was my first and last time in this place.

So pleased with my gel nails by JADE. She removed my previous polish, then shaped my nails beautifully. Although they had grown quite a bit, she managed to keep them looking natural. I chose some sparkly glittery varnish, and was well chuffed with the finished result.
