Google I had an hour long aromatherapy massage with Lucy the “junior” therapist and it was one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. Looking forward to booking in again next month!

Google I have been attending here for years. Roslyn and the girls do a great job. Wouldn’t get my waxing done anywhere else! From the old premises to the new the vibe has always been amazing! The team bend over backwards to help! Love this place

Google Always have a wonderful, friendly and professional experience in The Essence from all the therapists and this is what keeps me going back.
Today was particularly wonderful with Chloe doing my nails, wonderful aromatherapy massage and facial. She absolutely gave the best of attention in all areas and I felt wonderful afterwards. So friendly and so helpful and knowledgable in her craft. Can’t wait return again for regular massages and perhaps to try out the Spa and maybe the new CACI flex. Thanks to all the girls.

Google I had a deluxe massage booked as a treat, anyway Samira did the massage for me and the least I can say about that, she was Amazing!
She asked couple of questions at the beginning to know how to work the massage as I need. Very thorough massage and relaxing. I had a nap when she was doing the scalp massage 😅
She gave me good notes after she done to make sure I really get the best of the experience. Samira is highly recommended xx

I'm sorry to hear that you felt this way during your visit. However, I’d like to clarify the efforts our team made to accommodate you.
When you missed your original appointment a few days prior, we allowed you to rebook, despite this not being the first time you had failed to attend a scheduled appointment. On the day of your visit, you arrived 15 minutes late, but we still welcomed you and ensured your treatment went ahead. You were advised that, due to the delay, your therapist, Oksana, would do as much of your waxing as time allowed, as she had another client immediately after you.
When it became clear that you wanted additional treatments beyond what was originally booked, Oksana checked with reception, and we went out of our way to accommodate you. We rearranged our schedule to ensure you received all the treatments you wanted by moving Oksana’s next client to another therapist.
Given the flexibility and effort from our team, I’m disappointed to hear that you felt the staff were rude. Our priority is always to provide the best possible service to our clients, and I believe our actions reflected that.
