I highly recommend the deep tissue massage at Gatwick North Terminal spa. I had a really excellent treatment experience at the spa. My therapist Horena was brilliant, she has a magic touch. I felt like I was in kind, safe hands throughout. Horena is obviously very knowledgeable about her practice and was very professional in her approach. The airport hubbub completely disappeared for me during the treatment. I went from feeling tired, achy, and stressed to feeling extremely relaxed. My back and shoulder pain disappeared and I felt like I was in much better shape for my flight and the day after. Thank you!

Had 10 mins before my flight was called so Michelle gave me a complimentary quick neck massage as I had had a stiff neck for 48 hrs. Pity I didn’t have more time as it was very good (and my neck didn’t ache the next day)🙂

I was going offered a free five minute massage and jumped at the chance. My masseuse was amazing, she worked out a couple of kinks I didn’t know I had, she went deeper than I expected but it was just what I needed and so relaxing. My flight got delayed but I didn’t care.

I had a 30 minute head, neck, back and shoulder massage with Caroline this evening and it is one of the best massages I have ever had! Having experienced lots of travelling around The Highlands in the last few days, Caroline managed to soothe and knead all the tight knots and niggles out with lots of methods! She knew what she was doing and I recommend her highly! She was also very warm and friendly.

Gel removal and gel manicure. Circa 45 minutes. A great way to pass the time whilst waiting at the airport!
Fantastic service, friendly and professional staff.
My nails look fab! I usually do them myself at home, and got recommendations for products moving forward, which was a bonus.
Would definitely recommend and would use them again :)

Was lucky to be at the airport in plenty of time yesterday, so went for a manicure with gel....as i was on the move so wanted dry nails. Ive been told I have oily nails and usually even gel begins to peel off .
I explained to the lovely manicurist but said I just wanted a lift so would give colour a try ..... she did lots of extra little things to help it stay on ....and 36 hours later it is the best i can remember having had- excited to see how long it lasts - and will certainly stop again ....

thanks too for your care and hope your colleague with the broken knee cap is soon better too.

That was honestly the best face massage I have had in years, if I have ever had one as good as that. The lady had magic fingers… aaaggh! Didn’t catch her name, but she was totally fabulous!
