Visited this lovely salon today for waxing. Frances was so welcoming and put me at ease. The waxing was virtually pain free, quick and efficient. The room was spotless and although I was ‘cheating’ on my normal beautician as she is on holiday, I will definitely be back.

After a bad experience at another salon, I was recommended to Francis.. and I can honestly say she's the best! Totally put me at ease , so chatty throughout and immediately makes you feel welcomed and comfortable , before you know it - it's all done! Have been going to Frances for about 4 years now. Best in the business (iykyk)
Frances is so friendly, reassuring, makes me feel at easy every month.
Never has any problems also looked after me and after every appointment tells me my aftercare even though I go monthly always keeping me safe after treatment.

I recommend her to everyone she a Queen at what she does.

Hollywood Waxing was something that was never comfortable, but coming to Frances she has completely made me feel at ease.
