The lady that put my nails on was very aggressive with my hands and a couple of my nails ended up wonky. After trying to remove them, I’ve come to find out that they didn’t use nail glue, but wood glue. The man that took over was lovely and did an amazing job on the design but my natural nail has snapped under the acrylic because of the glue that was used. I loved my nails at first but now I’m probably going to have no nails left

They were empty when I went in and I was taken straight away but even so, the guy seemed to be rushing it. He broke one of my nails taking off the old stuff and my nails are really thin now because he was too course with them. They were all different lengths when I came out and they have all been breaking in the week since I had them done. I’ve had to file all the broken edges off this week. It was my first and last experience here, I won’t be back

£50 for a very unpleasant experience. The guy had sweaty hands and was rushing through what should have been an enjoyable experience. Wont be back. Had more polish on hands than my nails and nail heights vary
