I got my ears pierced here ( 3rd lobes + helix) and had such a lovely experience! The lady was very thorough with the information and took her time making sure the dots were identical. The actual piercing didn’t hurt as much as I thought it would and she told me I could stay for as long as I want afterwards, which was lovely. I would highly recommend to others, and the pricing was good too. It was around £65 for the 3 piercings + aftercare product which I was happy to pay!

The customer experienced poor service during their visit, as the staff was unhelpful, inattentive, and slow to respond to requests. Despite waiting for assistance, the customer’s concerns were either ignored or handled with little professionalism, leaving them feeling undervalued and dissatisfied. The overall lack of courtesy and efficiency created a frustrating experience that did not meet basic expectations of good service.

Every time I go to this superdrug the employes follow me around the store and try to intimidate me by talking about how they deal with shop lifters I have never stolen in my life and this makes my experience as a customer so much harder which is already difficult for me since I have social anxiety and going into public spaces is very difficult for me. On Saturday 26th of June a bald middle aged male employee followed me around the store and consistently said "thieves should feel intimidated with me around" and things like that just because im an alternative teenager and apparently the workers assume all teenagers are theives

The lady always tries to not give me student discount, pointing out random things like my unidays ID needs renewing when it’s valid for another year? For context, student discount is valid for all Superdrug members with a student ID

Very good selection and a choice of deals throughout. Was impressed by staff member Alex Gambs who helped me set up my super drug card and answered any questions I had.
