My daughter who is a regular at the salon purchased a gift voucher for me and booked me in with Hannah to get HD brows & I was thrilled with the result. I had my first appointment at Polished with Kelly for a deluxe Pedicure.Kelly made me feel very welcome and the salon had a lovely warm friendly vibe.Kelly was brilliant at what she does and talked me through each step of my treatment.I was thoroughly pleased with my feet afterwards they went from looking and feeling pretty bad to soft smooth pretty feet.Would highly recommended Kelly for your pedicure.

I’ve been going to this salon for my nails for a while now and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. The whole team are friendly, professional, and the quality of their work is always spot on.

I especially want to mention India, the lash therapist. I’ve asked a few times about having lash extensions, even though I’d previously had allergic reactions. She did a patch test and there was slight irritation, and she made the decision to refuse treatment because she didn’t want to risk my health. At the time I was disappointed, but she stood firm and explained everything clearly.

Recently, while in London, I had extensions done elsewhere as a Valentine’s treat and ended up having a severe reaction within a day. I needed them removed and had to take antibiotics. It really brought home just how right India was.

This salon genuinely cares about clients and isn’t just focused on making money. They give honest, responsible advice and put your wellbeing first, which is rare and so appreciated.

Amazing nails, brilliant service, and a team you can trust. I’d recommend them, and India in particular, to anyone without hesitation.

If you’re looking for a salon that is, professional, friendly, with experienced staff then look no further. I have used Polished for years and have had several different treatments. I usually have Claire, who is the best but have also had the other girls doing the treatments and I have never left an appointment disappointed.
From the moment you walk into Polished, expect to be pampered, along with sides of conversation and laughter.
