My nails were great when they eventually got done and the girl was lovely who did them. But the general Customer Service is a very poor - when I arrived I barely got acknowledged and the 2 girls working were mid-nails. After waiting 15 mins I asked who my appointment was with, and one of them said "me i'm just running a bit late" - 40 mins later and no other communication with me (so 55 minutes after my scheduled appointment!!!) I was eventually seen. She did a good job and did charge me less because of the wait, but you can't be almost an hour late and basically ignore me waiting... people have things to do afterwards which I was then late for. Unfortunately the only other time I've been before, they were also running late and if you aren't a regular goer, you're treated like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Its a very popular place to go, but I won't be returning.

INCREDIBLE!! I got my nails done with Harriet and she did the best set I’ve ever had. Her cuticle prep was so precise, taking her time to perfect my nails. It was my first time at the salon and I would 1000% recommend, the atmosphere was lovely and it was so clean. Harriet did such a beautiful job with my nails and the nail art! I can’t stop staring at them and getting compliments. Thank you so much!

Do not recommend. Came in for a basic manicure and got a cut. I know accidents can happen, but still staff have to careful when cutting someone’s nails. Very disappointed.

Thankyou to louise for doing a awsome job on my brows of a wax n tint, nothing was to much trouble, I explained how I wanted them and accompanied that with a picture, she was absolutely amazing at her work, after she finished my bows, I was amazed, my brows have never looked so perfect. Louise is very friendly and has a awsome eye for detail, I've been to a few beauty salons, and I can honestly say this has been the most enjoyable and professional salon with its smiley beautisions I have ever been to. I highly recommend. I will be using this salon as my no 1 for all my beauty treatments. I'll be booked in for acrylic nails and I no it's going to be as good as this experience I had today. Once again Thankyou louise you are absolutely awsome at your job. X

On the website it said 1 hour treatment, mine did not last 40 minutes. She cut my cuticle and only filed the side of my feet (not the area that needs smoothing) didnt file my heels at all, didnt remove any hard skin. Then when I got home I noticed what a rubbish job she did on my little toe nail, nearly any polish on it at all.

Unfriendly and unhelpful customer service. Rarely answer the phone. Running 10 mins late for an appointment (as the car park machine was faulty) - didn’t answer the phone and then charged me for full 45 min appointment. Grumpy and off hand attitude from the staff a running theme. Wouldn’t recommend using - better service elsewhere.

I came here for the first time today and have already booked my next appointment. It was so lovely in here. The staff are all friendly and offered me drinks. The salon was also clean and gorgeous. I have to recommend Lily. I came in with such damaged nails where all previous biab nails had come off or been ripped off. Despite all this Lily was gentle with my nails and did everything to make them look beautiful again. You wouldn't have known they were bad before and I'm obsessed with my new set! The price is also really reasonable.

Amazing staff, very friendly. Mia was incredibly helpful, easy to talk to and really talented! I didn’t even realise nail art could get that detailed. Absolutely blown away by the service.
