RACIST, RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Enough is enough.

I have supported this nail shop for a long time and brought them business through family and friends, but the way I have been treated is completely unacceptable. What I have experienced here is not just poor service—it is blatant racism, repeated rudeness, and a complete lack of professionalism.

On my first visit, I was advised to get powder nails, which started lifting within a week. When I returned, I was told—shockingly—that it was because I was “too black.” That comment alone should tell you everything about the standards of this place.

Despite that, I continued to give them chances and even went out of my way to help the owners personally with a council tax issue, saving them time and money. Clearly, that meant nothing. Instead, I was later laughed at, pointed at, and ridiculed while trying to put my shoes on, even while using a walking aid. I had just shared that I had lost my father, and the way I was treated was cold, heartless, and humiliating.

The service quality is just as bad. My daughter’s shellac peeled within four days, and my own nails broke shortly after being done. I had to return multiple times, only to be met with rude, dismissive attitudes and told to come back at closing time like my time didn’t matter.

On my final visit, the hostility was obvious from the moment I walked in—staff talking, staring, and making me feel completely unwelcome. When I asked a simple question about why they wouldn’t use the same dryer they had used days before, I was shouted at and publicly humiliated while they continued serving others.

This place is aggressive, disrespectful, and openly discriminatory. They have no understanding of customer care, no professionalism, and no respect for the people who keep their business running. All they care about is money and not their customers! Avoid at all costs.

I went to a local artist and this is what I was left with …. They were practically mid air .Same day I went to Delux nails and fair to say they fixed them and cured my panic attack . The nails are beautiful thank you guys !!

Supporting a young lady to get her nails done this morning, she has been using Delux Nails &Beauty for 2 years, no greeting this morning, no pleasantries and charged £52 questioned the price to receive quite a curt response. We won't return.

I have been coming to this nail bar since it opened, it is faultless in its designs and nails, friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable on all aspects of nails
Very busy and very good salon I will always use them 😊 especially jack he is amazing

I used to be a regular at this nail salon but I have had a terrible experience here. A couple of weeks ago, I had a take-off and new set of acrylics. I told the worker that I was not 100% sure if I can have a fresh set because a lot of nails have broken underneath the acrylic, but they applied anyway. Since then, one of my nails became infected (swelling and throbbing). When I went to that salon to have it removed, I was initially told that this was because of the “weather” and that it doesn’t need removing! I insisted because it was painful and upon removing, they recognised it was infected because of how broken the nail was underneath. The staff are nice enough, but do not care about the health of your nails. The shop has massively changed in a year, always overcrowded now. Very disappointing experience.

Absolute brilliant job from Anna, will be returning again.
My only suggestion is to display some of your nail art designs on the table. As a 1st visit there wasn't anything for me to choose. X
