This is by far the best place to go to have nails done. Often to speed up the appointment time one person will start to prep the nails before another will apply the acrylic. Artwork is done by whoever is the best at doing the design you want. This working method ensures that your nails are done as quickly as possible during their busy times to minimise your waiting time. My nails always look perfect, their service always friendly and compared to others in the area these are not expensive, in fact for the quality they are very reasonable and cheaper than others in the area. I have my nails done monthly but on occasions have had to go 6 weeks and my nails were still ok. My friend used to use someone else in the area but her nails lasted only a couple of weeks and she will now only go to this company.

I found that this salon is good ,but super busy probably customers could maybe be spaced a little bit better to give a little bit more time in between clients But to sum up nails were nice I have used this salon for a while now , pleasant staff ,and they also do some great designs. and good colour ranges and.i will continue to be a regular customer.

The worst customer service I had three different people doing my nails at different times. One person starts your nails then goes to another customer then another worker comes over and then they go to another customer and then another worker comes over. the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They make you wait even though you have an appointment booked? Not happy with the nails either as three different people just started and then went

Came across Royal Nails on Google. Messaged a friend who lives in Yaxley, she highly recommended so I booked in.
Glad I did. Extremely friendly and great service. I now highly recommend and will be back for my acrylic infills 🫶🏼

Royal Nails is my usual nail salon and they are normally very good. Unfortunately, on my visit today I came away feeling really disappointed. The member of staff that I asked to look at my nail as I had broken it was very dismissive and rude. I said I was prepared to pay for any repair carried out but instead the staff member belittled me by inviting a customer, unknown to myself, to comment on whether it was indeed broken. It was unnecessary and uncomfortable.
Because of this I won't be returning to give them my business and I would suggest they address the abrupt, rude and dismissive behaviour of the staff member, especially when I'm a customer prepared to pay for the work.

I absolutely love this nail salon and they always do amazing work. My only complaint is the past 3 times I’ve gone with an appointment, I end up waiting 30-45 minutes past my appointment time because others are still being serviced. If they could fix this I would have absolutely no complaints
