My daughter recently had BIAB nails done at this salon, and the result was shockingly poor. The finish was lumpy, uneven, and rough — nothing like the smooth, glossy result BIAB should provide. It honestly looked like a child had done them.
The technician admitted the finish wasn’t good but tried to blame my daughter’s cuticles, which is unacceptable. Cuticles do not cause a rough, uneven BIAB finish — poor workmanship does.
When we returned, the technician attempted to photograph my daughter’s nails after removing the colour, rather than documenting the poor finish. This felt misleading and unprofessional.
Although she redid the nails, she seemed irritated and again failed to complete the service properly — applying two coats of colour but no top coat, then falsely claiming one had been applied. By this point, my daughter was visibly upset, and I had to finish the nails myself at home.
The refusal to offer refunds, despite substandard work, suggests this may be a recurring issue.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this salon if they value professional standards and honest service.

Terrible experience and issues ignored. Having gone multiple times and stupidly waiting for improvement (as everyone had off days), I can confirm a completely unorganised business that needs focus on customer service, cleanliness and quality! My last appointment was pre-booked and in a diary that doesn’t even get looked at, so they have no clue who you are and ask questions everytime that should be recorded on your card on file that they can never find and don’t look for until the end of your appointment…so what’s the point? If they bothered to look they would have notes (if they even write anything) that my last couple of appointments and being attached with the electronic files has been painful! “You need builder gel”, I did this, paid more money, no difference. And my current gel manicure is terrible, see through at points, messy, full of bubbles and dust, and my hands were butchered with multiple cuts! If you value your hands and select some level of customer service for your money, look elsewhere.

Guri is brilliant.
However the other girl that did my nails, caused a bacterial nail infection (pseudonoma/greenie) so I won't be going back.
Also they say they'll take the deposit money off the treatment cost however that wasn't the case with me - they kept the deposit money & charged me full price & got me to pay new deposit twice even though I didn't cancel the appointments.

I went to this salon with a friend, and while the staff were very friendly and welcoming, unfortunately the overall experience wasn’t great.

We both had BIAB infills and the appointment took over two hours, which felt quite long for what was booked. During the service they were quite rough with our nails and filed them down very thin, which was uncomfortable and left my friend with cuts on her fingers.

I also wouldn’t recommend this salon for nail designs. Neither of us received the designs we asked for, despite showing reference photos. In my case, I asked for a tan/orange shade and was given a neon orange instead. When I asked if it could be changed, I was told that was the only colour available.

It’s a shame because the staff themselves were lovely, but due to the long appointment time, rough filing, and not getting what we requested, I wouldn’t return or recommend for BIAB or nail art.

My partner had her nails done on saturday and was forced into leaving a review and then was forced into having a video of the nails.my partner left feeling very uncomfortable and this is not a way to run a business. It should be a customers choice to leave a review not be forced and also didn't ask for permission !!!!!!!
They also belittle people about there nails and this is not acceptable.Also my partner asked for acrylic but was forced to have something else.

We won't be returning to these and we will be going elsewhere who actually listen to what the paying customer wants not what they are forced to have.
