Been going here for over 2 years now, unfortunately the prices have started to creep so much. Charged the same price for infills as full sets with the same design :( went in today and told to find a colour I liked then when I showed them what I wanted was told the walk in that came in after me would take priority and I would have to come back in 2 hours. When I said I couldn’t do this not a word was said and I just had to leave.

Hi Maisie, i could not fine your appointment from yesterday. If you arrived without a reservation while we were busy, you’ll have to wait or come back later. The lady who arrived after you had an appointment, so i couldn’t prioritise you. Regarding the price, it remains unchanged. Thank you for leaving a review!

My second visit having been to 3 other nail salons in Witney having moved here in May; in my opinion this is by far the best.
The staff are welcoming, chatty and appear to want to be there .
Their techniques are excellent and the results are very good.
It’s good value for money and their choice of colours is so extensive; it’s takes an age to work through all the different shades on offer!
The shop is clean and cared for.
Most definitely my favourite in Witney and one I will be using regularly going forward.

First of all the person who did my manicure did a very good job.

However, I cannot return to this salon as it is absolutely FILTHY. It is unhygenic and has clearly not been properly cleaned in at least a year, judging by the thick layer of dust on the nail varnish bottles on the shelves to start with. All of the machinery is dirty with built in grime and the whole place needs a professional deep clean. Utterly revolting and clearly a lack of interest in the place by the owner who obviously has no pride in how the salon looks. With the premises in its current state you could well pick up a fungal infection, so beware.

Hi, first of all thank you for letting everyone know we did a good jobs. Everyone know my work alway have some dirt from nails. I clean the shop everyday after work. It can not being clean in the working time while i doing nails as the dirt from nails as the thing you are talking about. I open both of the door in the summer time to let some wind and fresh air come, make everyone fell better, then that make the dirt fly everywhere. But i am cleaning the shop EVERYDAY. I love my jobs, my shop and my clients. Sorry if make you fell any anoying. Thank you for your review!

I’ve been a regular customer for a while now and even referred friends to the salon.
I booked BIAB infills but when I went in the guy advised me to have a new set. I asked if there was an extra cost to this, as I only had enough cash to pay for the I fills. He told me it was the same so I went ahead with the new set.
Upon paying I was told that it was going to cost £52 and not £36. When I questioned this he started showing me the price list and denied saying the price would be the same. We went around in circles for a while as I tried to explain that I only went ahead because he said the price was the same- I had only booked infills and taken his advice based on the price parity.
He then told me he would take the £36 but he would not allow me to come back for my nails doing again. I asked if he was telling me I was being banned from the salon and he said “don’t come back again”. This was on a busy Saturday lunchtime.
I’m in complete disbelief at the gaslighting and the rudeness, and as a result won’t be returning.

The reply still misses the entire point. When it was suggested they I have a new set of BIAB (not at the time of booking but as I sat down) I ASKED IF THERE WOUKD BE AN ADDITIONAL COST AS I DIDN'T HAVE THE ADDITIONAL MONEY. I was told NO so I went ahead.
You cannot just expect someone to then pay for something they were told wouldn’t be more. Of course I am going to question this.
It is not on the customer if there is a breakdown in your English to not have understood what I was asking if there was an additional cost.
To then ban me from coming again because I questioned this is absurd and just shows how you pretend to treat customers as friends, but you only care about the money.

Hi Emma. I do apologize to have to do it in media social. It is because we are friend so i have to make it clear. You know that you have a taken off and doing new set Biab with French tips. No One does it with same prices like a refill set! You have infill like 4-5 times already. It is time to do whole new set ( normally i will tell my clients shall do new set after 2-3 times do refill). My colleagues always be nice, they try to give you the best services. You don’t need pay me the rest of the money that you owe me. Just fine another places better. Thanks and Sorry to this experience!
