Google I just had my first visit to this salon to have a pedicure will gel polish. The experience was first class and I was very pleased. The only reason I did not give it five stars was because they only accept cash which is a little inconvenient in this day and age, which meant I had to go to the Cash Point machine down the road afterwards to be able to pay as I had not realised. I will definitely use the salon again.

Google Absolutely fantastic staff and great quality nails! It was my first time coming here today as I’ve just started getting my nails done again and I can safely say I will definitely be returning! Google By far the best nail shop in Witney. Pedicure was very relaxing and gentle. Biab actually done correctly and not rushed! Friendly staff and beautifully presented shop, very clean. They take pride in their work and don’t just want to fill your seat with the next person unlike some other places I have experienced.

Google My nails are lovely, thank you. However, I didn’t have the best experience. My nails took ages !! I was sat waiting for 20 minutes to sit down after my initial booking time and then once sat down I was waiting for a tech to start for a while again. I was swapped between techs I guess to save time, but I ended up being there for an hour and twenty minutes for just a simple acrylic set. I had another appointment for something elsewhere booked two hours after my nail appointment so I just had to leave. I am aware this is a common thing at nails/ hair salons however this just felt silly. The Tech also stopped midway through my nails to take payment which I thought was a bit strange and unprofessional.

Regarding the payment during your service, our technician was trying to help avoid any smudging as normal polish can take longer to fully dry. However, we completely understand how this may have felt a bit unusual or interruptive, and we truly appreciate you pointing it out.
Your feedback means a lot to us, and we will definitely take it on board to improve our service and make every visit more relaxing and seamless.
