Google I had a really disappointing experience at the Boots store in Headington, Oxford. I went there around 1:00 PM because I have a high fever and needed medicine, but the store was closed even though it was showing as open online. I waited outside until 2:30 PM with other customers, but it stayed closed as the staff were on a break. This was very frustrating, especially when I wasn’t feeling well and chose this store because it’s close to my home. They should make sure their opening times are accurate and not leave customers waiting like this.

Google I feel for the staff in this store. It’s so understaffed leading to huge queues at the pharmacy counter. I waited 30-40 minutes in the queue!

Google Ordered a click and collect to be picked up by 5 September. Went to pick it up today and only half the items were there and no one knew where the rest of it was. Had to call the main Boots and now told apparently the "order by" date means it will be delivered by 7 days AFTER that date! Apparently in the hidden T+Cs when you order. Will never order click and collect again - instead of making it more streamlined it has wasted hours of my time and we now have to rush around trying to find the item through another company.

Google The staff at this store are really lovely, I have been to this shop on several occasions and I always have felt welcome.
I can’t commend specific staff as I do not know names, but I once saw a staff member helping out a customer by giving recommendations and problem solving around the customers needs.
I don’t usually write reviews like this but it is definitely worth saying!

Google I went in to get help for my infected piercing and this had been the 5th place i went to after the others were no help. I spoke to the pharmacist and got a consultation about what I should do and she was really attentive and even sent an email to my gp. I didnt catch her name but she was really sweet and so much help.
