Absolutely disgraceful customer service, they were very aggressive with my hands, they were talking in a different language and laughing at me, so i decided to use google translate to later find out that they were making rude comments about me!! I don’t recommend unless you want to be bullied by the staff.

Went for a spontaneous walk-in to get my nails done and am super happy with the result!

Got a full set of gel extensions which look absolutely lovely. As a newbie I changed my mind on the design a little too late but she immediately found a great solution. Walked away with the result I ultimately wanted - couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you!

I had an amazing pedicure here (massage chair, foot massage etc) and acrylic nails done. Friendly service and no waiting. Would definitely recommend!

Love this shop! I’ve been to loads in Banbury and this shop tops it. The service I receive is honestly the best. The owner does my nails and he always welcomes and looks after me - I’ve just had a baby and told him I was on a tight time scale and he really did his best to do them quick as possible and they still look 10/10
