Went for my Gel Nail renewal yesterday evening. The owner were on holiday , The two Girls working were rushed off there feet but they remained so lovely polite and very professional and the very same high standards of service and finished product given ❤️ very well done Girls x

These have totally ruined my nails by using the dremel far too much. They’re now paper thin and split in the ends. I’ve had to cut them right down because of the damage and they’re painful to try and get my polish off. They were my own nails so I don’t think they should have used the dremel this harshly. I won’t be going back.

I absolutely loved it here the people are very welcoming they spent hours on mine making it perfect and I was there for around a hour love this place I recommend

Made my friends finger nail got infected.£32 for an infection they don't clean there tools personally I don't recommend this place at all! They use the same tools on the same people without cleaning them!

Happy with my nails… but! I’m a nail biter and it takes alot for me to go to a nail shop because I’m anxious about my nails cause I do bite them and I get them done to help me grow them .. however I do not appreciate that every time I get my nails done my nails get mentioned that I am a nail biter and get laughed at!!!! And then for them to speak in there own language around me whiles laughing at my nails in front of me. I decided I’d give ollertons Hollywood nails a try to see if it was better and hoping it wouldn’t happen but I was wrong. THEY DID THE EXACT SAME. So if your a nail biter I advice just to go to someone else cause these people along with other nail shops in Mansfield are clearly rude! I won’t be going back that’s for sure. I’m never a person to moan but to get laughed at about my nails in front of other customers is embarrassing:(
