A lovely place to come, Karen, Laura and Chloe are really welcoming and friendly. They are professional and always focus on what's best for your hair. They make you feel at ease and as someone who usually gets anxious going to a hairdresser, these are the only ones who I really look forward to going to. I've changed hairdressers a lot over the years but I'm sticking with these as I've struck gold 😊.

Karen and Laura are so friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make me and my nervous son feel comfortable several years ago. An amazing relationship has developed over the years.

Karen always listens to what I want and offers good advice. The salon looks lovely and fresh and is a wonderful asset to our community.

I always leave Scissors feeling happy with my hair colour and cut! The ladies are really helpful and happy to give advice should you need it. A friendly village hair salon with a relaxed atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

I've been going to Scissors for 16 years now and I'm always impressed by their ideas on how to make the best of my hair. Over the years we've had many different styles and colours and I love how versatile Karen is in particular. My thick, curly (and more often than not frizzy hair) is transformed after a visit to the salon and they're even successfully managing to hide my grey hairs!
A great salon who are always open to trying new things - who needs to go to a town hairdresser and pay their stupid prices?
