Walked in to ask if they do Builder gel.
Lady that was sitting there was rude and dismissive.
Asked me questions and when I answered then replied to me with a rude tone! Definitely wont be coming back here again.
As a fairly new salon you would think their customer service would be better.
Go into the City theres plenty of salons with much better customer service.
Also just for reference on the door it states
walk ins welcome!
Which they clearly are not with the attitude of the staff!!!

That version of events is completely inaccurate. I walked in and was met with an unwelcoming attitude from the start :
no greeting, no basic courtesy, and certainly no professionalism. Being “busy” is not an excuse for speaking to people dismissively.

I left because of how I was treated, not because appointments were prioritised. I even asked you politely do I need to book in to get an appointment? After you spoke to me dismissively. Plenty of businesses manage to be fully booked while still treating potential customers respectfully and welcoming on arrival.

You did not call me back to apologise you called me back as you missed my call as I rang prior to the walk in but there was no response. And you called back as you didn’t know who it was. So take accountabililty for your actions.
Calling me a liar because I shared my genuine experience only reflects badly on your business. If this is how you respond to criticism, it says far more than my review ever could!

Sunny was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was so knowledgeable and really took the time to make me feel comfortable and welcome. She was incredibly accommodating, listened to exactly what I wanted, and it was clear she really knew what she was doing. My nails have honestly never looked this good, they are the best they’ve ever looked. You can tell she takes real pride in her work, and I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Highly recommend this salon. I only ever come here now and I’ve been multiple times. I love they have an online booking system unlike others in the area, so never any waiting around. They always do an amazing job and both techs I’ve seen are really good. It’s a really nice atmosphere and I always enjoy my time there

First time getting my nails done and I had a really lovely experience. I called the place before booking as I wasn't sure what service to ask for and she went through it with me, patiently asking questions to figure out what I wanted.

The studio is very clean/comfortable and I really like how Sunny did my nails :)

I had my nails done by the lovely owner, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She’s warm, attentive, and refreshingly straightforward. My nails had unfortunately been damaged by a previous nail tech, but she completely transformed them — you’d never know anything had happened.

10/10, I highly recommend her!
