Have been here a few times to try and give them a fair review. Normally get acrylic which always seem to be extremely thick, look bulky, nail shape that I want and ask for is never right and most of the time the gel paint bubbles and a layer comes off the top.

This time I went just for gel nails on my toes.
The guy who was prepping my nails seemed shocked that that’s all I was asking for when there. I had a small amount of nail polish in my nails which I stated instead of using remover he used the electric file to take off the polish, while doing this he caught my toe a few times. Also while prepping was happening he stood on my opposite foot and didn’t even noticed I had to move my foot from underneath him and he still didn’t even notice or apologise. Asked if I wanted them cut down, I said no, but he proceeded to cut them anyway after filing.

When getting my gel done and the lady was getting the stands out, she didn’t say a word to me, didn’t ask me to move back so she could have some room to place the stands she just placed the stand down, on my foot and used it to push my leg back with it.

Also I think the price point is quite expensive for not very good quality work in my experience.

I had a Biab manicure done today after having them done elsewhere and they were feeling weak and painful. All the staff members are lovely, said having my builder gel done again would help strengthen them again. A poor young girl fainted in the shop while I was there and they all came together to help get sugar back into her, real teamwork! My nails feel great, colour is amazing, I think this will be my regular nail salon from now on!
