Unfortunately I wasn’t happy with my experience here.

I asked for an oval shape and was given round and my thumbs are shorter than my other nails, also the nails haven't been glued to my nail properly which makes it feel like they could snap off and they're also quite thick. I showed the stylist what I wanted on my phone, the stylist didn't accomplish what I asked for so I did speak up and asked for the pattern to be more like the picture I showed but the stylist kind of argued and started talking about colours and how I wasn't clear and she needed to do that design I asked for originally differently, although I was very clear with what I wanted, I was then made to feel uncomfortable after that as the stylist seemed annoyed and began speaking in another language in what felt like an angry tone. It made the situation quite awkward, so I ended up just settling for a much simpler design instead of what I originally asked for.

Overall, I left feeling disappointed. I think better communication and being more open to client feedback would really improve the experience.
