First time having my hair done by Leanne and went from shoulder length to short short. Leanne took her time ensuring not too much length came off at once and made sure I was happy all the way through the restyle. Absolutely delighted and have my next 3 appointments booked. Have been getting my hair done by Leanne recently, she’s absolutely quality! Since meeting her I won’t let anyone else touch my hair, she knows exactly what I want with no fuss. She’s so lovely extremely patient and makes you feel so comfortable. Can’t fault her at anything she’s brilliant 🤩

I’ve just left this rude salon after having my afternoon wasted. I received email confirmation of an appointment 1.30- 3.30 for root retouch. 2 hours. I was left sitting for 30 minutes then got informed another lady was booked in at 2.15 so she couldn’t do my hair! I had taken time out to travel here and what a waste. I’ve never, ever experienced such poor customer service. Apparently their system doesn’t tally with the online booking so be aware, you too could be wasting your time. I certainly going to take my custom to a more professional company.

First visit today with Tania…. didn’t disappoint. A little apprehensive as I am use to having my hair done with those I have worked with in the industry whom are friends/family. However after a little bit of research I soon realised that I would be in good hands at Paul Bryan. My colour and cut are great I love it …….. and it’s rare to find someone who does a ‘proper’ blow dry!!! Thank you Tania x

I have been a few times now and Tanya and Kay are fab and experienced Stylists.
Today I changed my hair colour after 55 years and I am pleased that I have; my experience of the service was professional, thorough with positive feedback during my appointment- I had 2 highlights and a copper low light, cut and a lovely vibrant blow wave. Hair straighteners weren’t required. Thank you for today.
