Really disappointed with my experience. When we called to ask if we could book an appointment, we were told there were no appointments and then the phone was hung up without any advice or help, which felt very rude.

The service itself felt rushed and incomplete compared to other nail salons. I paid £40 for a pedicure, but my feet were left rough with hard skin still present. The nail work was poor — the design dots were uneven, my nails were cut much shorter than requested, and they’ve been left uneven and jagged. My skin was also cut during the service.

Overall, this wasn’t good value for money and unfortunately not a place I would return to or recommend.

Had these nails gelled on Wednesday for a special birthday and holidays. Two days later and they look like this! The gentleman who did my fingers and nails in 35 minutes seemed to rush and I am very disappointed especially after paying £46. Won’t be returning.

I got acrylics I love them but they left cuts on my hands and he hurt me and I flinched and they laughed and was on the phone to someone during getting my nails done and was really rough with my hands my finger really hurts

Came in with my sister and mum for nails. Didn't cut cuticles which is not to bad. The way that one of the employees talked too my sister and I was awful. He was extremely rough with our hands ,even though we were completely nice and cooperative, he even left marks and cuts on my sisters hands. He also took 3 personal calls while doing my nails, one being a video call with his friend and when my mum was asking him a question in the middle of her response to the answer he started talking to his friend on the call again. Just completely rude and the nails are not done well he even stuck the acrylic nail to my skin and forgot the top coat on one of my hands and when he checked to see if I was correct about him forgetting it he harshly touched my nail leaving it smudged and with bubbles. Would not recommend at all.
