Google My hands and camera does not do these French tip nails justice. They’re absolutely stunning! The girl that did my nails made sure I was happy with them every step of the way and did such an amazing job. 100% recommend them.

Google Sloppy, messy, hygiene dubious.
I went for a Biab Infill as I’m unexpectedly in Northumberland due to family illness.
Within 4 days the infill has come off due to the nail technician cutting the side of my thumbnail which I have had to cut down I should have been suspicious when she wasn’t keen to give me an appointment and said it would take 20 minutes. Normally the spa I go to where I live takes an hour. before I left the shop. she was on her phone much more interesting than her customer but was very happy to relieve me of £30 cash My normal technician charges £35 for the hour!
Overall impression. Not interested, doesn’t care. Will never go again and strongly advise others to not bother. There are other places in Alnwick but they weren’t open 6 January

Thank you for your feedback. I'm very sorry for making you unhappy. As I mentioned before, my infill nails only take 25-29 minutes. All the nail sets in my photo album are tagged with my salon's phone number. Even long nails or those with complex designs only take up to an hour. Regarding your big toe nail chipping, I'm very sorry. I don't know if you peeled it off or if I did it, but it looks like you peeled it off and there's a layer of old gel underneath where you had it done before. Please come back in 4 days and we will fix it completely free of charge. Google In there 11 minutes for £20 and asked for shellac, got three coats of nail polish and you can still see my nails through it.

Google Just had my acrylic nails removed! They used a piece of acrylic nail to rip the nails off instead of filing and soaking them off! Painful to say the least. Will never use them again.

I'm sorry for making you unhappy. Yes, normally we always use a scraper to break it and soak it in acetone. But there are also some customers who don't like to soak their hands in acetone because they are afraid of damaging their skin, so they prefer to use tips that gently pry it off. You probably thought it was too fast, so you didn't like it, right? I'm really sorry love xx
