After being a loyal client of charlottes for several years. And being mobilty impared .needing to rely on others to get me to her appointments. Dealing with last minute changes to set appointment times . Or very last minute cancellations. The last appointment cancellation was the final straw . The evening before appointment due,No apology no suitable reschedule established and no communication after the event. Previous appointments have been professional and Charlotte is very good at what she does. Just communication and management is lacking and for me this is important.

Booked in with Wax Envy because of all the amazing reviews and Charlotte’s ethos. However, my appointment was cancelled the morning of due to an apparent scheduling error on the Booksy website. I can appreciate last minute cancellations for illness etc but for long standing events such as the one my appointment was cancelled for this seemed like a big organisational oversight. The lack of response to my replies also seemed unprofessional and there was no real apology for the inconvenience. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I feel in this case that the customer service I received was poor.

I’ve been coming to Charlotte for a wax for over a year, She is very professional and makes me feel very comfortable. I was very nervous at first but Charlotte has to be one of the most welcoming people I’ve met and she puts you at ease the moment you walk into the room ☺️

Charlotte is so lovely and she’s seen it all so she instantly makes you feel relaxed. You’re probably only in there 10 minutes so the little pain you do feel goes away in a flash and the results are fab!

Charlotte has totally swayed me to the waxing world! After many years of razor burn, itching and having to shave weekly.. To now one very quick and easy appointment every 4 weeks and I will never go back. I initially booked in whilst pregnant and chickened out last minute, then a few months later I booked again and felt so silly for cancelling that first appointment! Your in and out in 10 minutes max, Charlotte makes you feel so comfortable without even trying I would recommend her to everyone!

With a ma-hu-ssive baby bump in the way, the DIY job I'd been doing for over a decade became impossible and boarderline dangerous. After a tragic first wax elsewhere (not naming names) that left me bruised and bleeding, I was extremely nervous heading to my first appointment with Charlotte. Charlotte took the time to talk through the process to me, soothe my worries, and explained what the other place had done wrong. Thumping my gigantic whale body down on the table, I let her do her thing. After 30 seconds my jaw had unclenched, my shoulders dropped, and we were chatting about baby names and due dates. The results were amazing!

I'll never go back to that DIY job. If you haven't already, book this woman now... wait no, don't, she's all mine!!

Good waxing service and really friendly unless you wake up with covid symptoms and cancel through the booking app. Very rude when had to cancel. Avoid

Charlotte is amazing at what she does!
The appointments are always super quick and the results are always super smooth! It’s nice to be able to have a little catch-up with Charlotte too, who is just the loveliest person.
I would absolutely (and always do!) recommend!
