Google AVOID!
Paid £41 for acrylics that were extremely thin, absolutely no apex and started to lift after 2 days. I was told I could go back for them fixing but they needed fully redoing nevermind fixing. I was going away so ended up taking them off and putting some gel polish on myself as I wanted nice nails. I was told if I sent photo proof that I removed my nails I would get a refund which I did but I'm now being ignored. For the same price I advise going to a british nail tech who are better at what they do, use better products and have better customer service. More fool me for using this place.

Google Just had my nails done there, cannot recommend highly enough. Walked in, had two broken nails but wanted biab and natural on the rest. Nothing was too difficult, I wanted a certain shape, no problem, I wanted a different pastel colour on every nail, no problem! They did numerous coats, were so polite and everything was done within an hour and 15. Will go again.

Google Such a lovely experience, I was treated so well, and made to feel welcome. It was my first experience of having my nails professionally done and the gel nails with tips were beautiful and perfect as I was attending a wedding. The young lady who did my nails was so nice and did a great job! Many thanks Nail Lab !!

Google The people there were very nice when i walked in, however my nails were not the outcome i hoped for. after showing the man the inspo picture the outcome looked nothing like it, used glitter which i didnt ask for, one fell off the day after and 3 of them fell off in less than one week. wouldn’t recommend coming here
Owner Response:
Hi Holly , sorry for the bad experience you had with us and the inconvinience . If you don’t like the nail you had you can always tell us as we asked every clients do they like their nails or not before they leave the salon. And we do 7 days guarantee so you can come back and have it fix for free of charge.
Hope you give us another chance to make it right. Thank you for your review and we hope to see you again Xx

Google Good nails but price on the board was £28 for acrylic nails (what i got) but total was £37?
Owner Response:
Hi Stefanija , I think you misunderstanding the price on the board , acrylic with normal polish is £28. The service you had today is £35 for acrylic deep French tips gel polish and 2 finger design it’s £2 extra on it (like the picture you show us) .We not over charge for our service. Sorry about the misunderstanding.
