Terrible experience at Superdrug Rushden Lakes. The girl who did my eyebrows was extremely careless – she actually pinched and injured my skin with the tweezers, leaving painful wounds. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of skill and training. Very unprofessional, unsafe, and I definitely would not recommend her to anyone.

I visited Superdrug today and I was absolutely disgusted with the girl that served us she was chewing gum, which is not a crime in itself but she was slopping the gum with an open mouth and we were covers in spital, in anger I called the manager on the phone and all I got was a barrage of being cut off AVOID AVOID AVOID, time and date visited :11 Aug 25 at 1630hrs

2nd time coming in...Store says no need to book in appointment, but when walk in the staff is stocking so asked us to comeback another time... I guess customer is least important than completing their store tasks... Shame on superdrug for allowing to treat customers like that..no professional behaviour what so ever... Just go with booking appointments so at least the staff can honour it

Alice is the best nurse ever! I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
I had booked for my little one’s chicken pox vaccine. Not a single drop of tear from my baby! Absolutely delighted with Alice’s approach towards vaccination. Not only she is gentle but quick.
Alice deserves all the praise and respect!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service my 16-year-old daughter received. It was her big 16th birthday party, and we booked a last-minute appointment at the Superdrug salon after canceling her original appointment because it was too early. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a mistake.
We paid £28 for a hair wash and blow-dry with curls, which was overpriced compared to most salons charging £20 -£22 we still agreed.The quality of the service was poor the curls started falling apart as soon as she got home, and her hair was left frizzy and unsmoothed, giving an unprofessional finish.

When I called to address the issue, the manager left me on hold for 10 minutes before finally speaking to me. Instead of offering any resolution, they blamed my daughter’s long hair for the poor results. This excuse was unacceptable, as this isn’t the first time my daughter has had her hair curled, and we are very much aware of how it should look when professionally done.

What’s worse, it felt like the salon was taking advantage of children of this age, assuming they wouldn’t complain. This is the second time we’ve had a bad experience here, and it seems to be a recurring issue. We’re very disappointed and won’t be returning.

Hair dressers Sasha & Sandra excellent hair colour & style, however one other member of the staff need leaves alot to be desired, Romana awful , seen her be rude to other member of staff in the salon, while having my hair done which is very uncomfortable & trying to make appointments in store & on phone when she is on reception…all I say is leave plenty of time as she’s abrupt & never understands or is hard of hearing had to spell out name 5 times gave up making another appointment in the end. It’s ashame as have really liked the hair, but let’s face it having your hair done is not cheap, I don’t go to be made uncomfortable.
