Highly disappointed, I got BIAB nails, first day 3 of them snapped of. And two weeks later they have all snapped off and are flimsy and the shape is awful

Been here a few times and it’s a bit of a hit and miss / inconsistent. Some days the nails look amazing and after some appointments they are wonky. I never fully understand the pricing and got absolutely ripped off the last time. It’s a shame as I’ve just moved to the area and were looking for somewhere to go long term. I can understand higher prices on more intricate nail art but if charging extra, at least make sure the nails are even and not pointing sideways…

Terrible communication with the customers, always bumpy nails, very rough with my nails once making my nails bleed, uncomfortable seating, overpriced, terrible execution and i won’t be going there again. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARTS BUT THATS NOT AN OPTION. 😡😡

Really happy with my nails, they spent the time, care and attention on them. Was also offered a tea or coffee whilst I was there too. Will definitely be returning

I have used these lovely people for 12 years and the service is the best in the area. Lovely staff very helpful and friendly and the quality of work is exceptional. I would highly recommend this place.

First time using this salon as new to the area. Took their time and did a lovely job. Even given a hand massage. Offered a tea or coffee. Friendly and loving my nails. Will go again.

Always a friendly face when you enter the salon, always made welcome, offered a hot drink of coffee, too. I'm never disappointed with the results. Always asked if I'm happy with the manicure ,And will correct if I'm not satisfied .I've been visiting the salon for 18 months, and so pleased I did, definitely deserves 5 stars.
