Popped in for a few bits and had a really good experience. My wife absolutely loved it, especially the range of products and deals available. The store was clean, well organised, and easy to get around. Staff were friendly when needed and everything was easy to find. Overall a smooth visit and definitely a place we’ll be coming back to again.

A nice fresh superdrug. Seems like this branch replaced the kettering argos which i do miss. This was my first visit to the superdrug since it opened. It was very clean, well-lit and colourful. Sadly the sports nutrition section was lacking so we didn’t buy anything here. We were also after some of the pimple patches but we weren’t able to find them :(

I had such a lovely experience at Superdrug today. Lucia was absolutely amazing so helpful, friendly, and patient. I came in for a few products and felt bad running her around the store, but she honestly didn’t mind at all. She took the time to recommend products, chatted with me and my mum, and we had a really good laugh. She made the whole experience so comfortable and enjoyable. The store itself also looked beautiful and was spotlessly clean. Amazing all around !

Absolutely brilliant store. Absolute fella named george helped me over to the bodywash area and helped me pick out the perfect one for me. Would have definitely been lost without him and the staff, and would rate 11/10 if I could.

Just visited the new store in the Kettering retail park. Wow. What a lovely experience. I was greeted at the front door by a pleasant young man. All the staff I passed acknowledged me. The tills were well manned and I didn’t have to wait to be served. Well done and I will certainly be a regular shopper.

Earlier on this week I visited Kettering retail park Superdrug and what an amazing experience I endured! From the stupendous stock, to the brilliant staff. I went in to finish my Christmas shopping as I had heard that they had a plethora of items available, and the store did not disappoint. I enquired about their different fragrances and Alyxandra helped aid me to the nicest aftershave for my son, I am sure he will be pleased at her recommendation. On our departure my grandson unfortunately did not want to leave, and a lady with the loveliest red hair and a tall man with tattoos were quick to help diffuse the situation; and helped calm him (and myself) down, thank you so much to the entire team at Superdrug, you are truly an asset to Kettering retail park!

WOW!

I have just visited the brand new Superdrug in Kettering Retail Park.

The store is so vibrant and welcoming…and the eye catching…perfectly stacked products…made me want to buy everything!

I honestly didn’t want to leave lol.

I sought help from a delightful young lady…

I think her name was Lucia…who I believe is part of the management team.

She made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable.

I also asked a lovely young lady on the till…(with the most gorgeous long nails)…for the store manager’s name…and she told me it’s Cameron.

Cameron…you should be very proud …
What a fabulous team you’ve built!

Everyone clearly works together to make visiting the store such a pleasure.

Visiting Superdrug Kettering Retail Park is an experience in itself…from the welcoming atmosphere…to the beautifully stacked products and the fantastic team.

I loved every moment and I can’t wait to go back and explore even more!

I would leave a zero star feedback if I could. I love shopping at Superdrug and since it is a new store my partner and I wanted to buy some perfumes for a few hundred pounds on a Black Friday sale. But things went south as the young lady with the red hair who had access to the till , was appalling in her behaviour. Smoking outside the store as customers walked in, gossiping with the gentleman at the fragrance store while being radioed twice for logging in to the till to make the purchase. The young lady was utterly rude to my partner for no reason , acting bewildered at the till when all she had to do was take our money and give out a receipt. She also was very pedantic in her behaviour towards my partner. We ended up leaving the store.

Very disappointed with this experience. Superdrug as a store is fantastic and the new unit is great with a great set of products. What they do need to restock here is not new products, but this type of behaviour from this specific staff member.
