I booked a last-minute appointment before going on holiday and was initially pleased with how my nails looked. However, I did have concerns about hygiene during the service. The tools being used appeared blunt, and I did not see them being sanitised; it seemed as though they had been left out from use the previous day.

After leaving, I realised there were significant issues with the result. My big toenails have been left far too long and wide, to the point where I can’t comfortably wear closed-toe shoes, as the pressure pushes the nail into my skin. Unfortunately, due to the design applied, I’m unable to file them myself to correct the shape.

Additionally, there has been damage to my cuticle area, leaving them sore, bleeding, and uncomfortable.

Although the appointment was convenient at the time, I’ve been left very disappointed with the overall experience and will not be returning.

Very misleading pricing and poor experience.

My daughter booked a gel manicure (French tip) based on the price list displayed in the salon. When she arrived, they started doing acrylic instead. She clearly said she wanted gel, but was told acrylic is cheaper. When she pointed out the listed prices, they suddenly told her gel would cost £60, which is not what is shown.

She was then charged £53 for acrylic, a price that does not appear anywhere on the price list.

Today she also saw another customer being told to pay £45 for a service clearly listed as £35 on the wall.

This is not transparent and feels dishonest. Prices should match what is advertised.

i had acrylic toes done and watched them pass the file they just used on me(drew blood slightly) the pass to coworker to use on someone else straight after 😟correct me if im wrong but bail file should not be reused and if so should be disinfected atleast!
