I was kindly gifted a voucher from my mother in law so I couldn’t resist booking in for a Tokyo Head Spa. My god!!! It was amazing. Charlie was super lovely and made me feel so relaxed. She even made me a takeaway coffee with a biscuit for my journey home. Couldn’t fault it - I will be returning!

I cannot believe I was walking past this salon for two years before actually booking in. I've just had a facial by Charlie and will definitely be coming again for a facial and other services. I won a Japanese head spa and deep tissue massage with Charley at Char Body care and cosmetics Norwich and it was the dreamiest treatment!! Charley was so friendly and professional from the very beginning and I left feeling so relaxed. Will definitely be booking in for another!

The Japanese Head Spa was incredible and I would definitely recommend it. Everyone was really lovely on arrival and the atmosphere was super peaceful. There was a range of massages and different techniques used which made the experience really unique. My hair smells and feels amazing, and I feel very relaxed. Also, the chai tea at the end was a lovely touch. Thank you so much!!

I had such a relaxing Japanese Head Spa today. The room looked so tranquil and chilled. The head spa itself is so hard to explain, the only thing I can say is you need to try it! It was lovely. My hair feels squeaky clean, lighter and softer. Thank you so much. See you again soon 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
