What a lovely salon, atmosphere is warm and welcoming, Kerry greeted me and straight away asked if I’d like a tea or coffee, extra bonus was the added biscuits. Then after explaining what I wanted. Kerry then discussed in full detail what she would be doing. I am over the moon with what Kerry has done, I would highly recommend Sapphireblu, all the girls there are so friendly. I won’t hesitate to go back again.

Absolutely brilliant!

Leah made our 3-year-old boy feel so comfortable and turned a potentially high-anxiety situation into a warm, welcoming experience for our little man. My partner had her hair restyled at the same time, and Leah was brilliant with both of them.

It was our first appointment there, and by the time we left, we felt like we’d been visiting friends. Can’t recommend them enough.

What a lovely little salon! Took my nearly 2 year old boy here today for his first hair cut! Not going to lie, I was really nervous and didn’t really want it cut but my god it needed it. I was greeted by Leah straight away and she made me and my boy feel at ease very quickly. She made the effort to comfort my boy before starting to cut his hair which I really appreciated as he wasn’t too sure about it all! Even though he was a very tricky customer, Leah has done a fantastic job with his hair. Really happy with every part of the service. Will definitely be returning! Thanks so much xx

After working with Kerry at my father’s shop for many years ! I never got to experience a hair cut from her ,as she was always the very busiest stylist! However, since my father’s passing ,I cut my own hair, and lost confidence!! So thrilled I plucked up the courage, to go to Kerry , I had my second visit today and I’m just loving my hair💝 lovely girls, lovely atmosphere, lovely to be back on track!!! My children had their hairs cut by Kerry and Leah and were absolutely made up with their hair. They had a complete restyle and they’re in love. The service was fantastic and the staff were welcoming, friendly and listened to what they wanted. Would highly recommend.

I took my 9 yr old daughter to sapphire blu a few days ago for her first ear piercing, the lady that did the piercing was lovely, so calming and reassuring with my daughter. Considering we didn't have a great experience when we tried to get it done elsewhere in the city centre a couple of days earlier, It was very professional and clean and the piercer gave us all the necessary information that we needed. I would recommend.

I asked for a cut and blow dry yesterday and I got an appointment today. Leah cut my hair and I cannot thank her and Kerry enough. I have known Kerry since she was a toddler and her staff are amazing.. lovely atmosphere and really friendly.

All of the team are really friendly and welcoming whenever you go in. The pricing is really reasonable for the high level or service and quality of treatment you receive. Kerri is amazing at what she does, I don’t think I’ll ever let someone else cut or style my hair again!
