Since joining Bannatyne, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Emily, who is a staff member - and by far gives the best customer service I’ve ever had. I’m someone who always has a question, and every time she’s helped with a smile, made me feel welcome, and always goes out of her way to help me.

Alongside having a really cool vibe, she’s always smiling and has the kind of energy and attitude you want to be greeted with when walking into the gym.

So thank you, Emily, for making my experience so great. Fun fact - I was actually going to stop coming to this gym (due to the distance), but even when I was only coming every so often, Emily’s service always stood out… and that’s honestly why I stayed 😊

Service is the most important thing, so shoutout to you for always having an attitude that’s 10/10.

Have been a member since Norwich West opened. Enjoy the B classes, Group Cycling, Body Pump & Circuits. The staff are very knowledgeable & friendly. Special shout out to Amber who makes her classes both challenging & fun to attend.

Been training at Bannatyne Health Club Norwich West and honestly it’s the best gym I’ve been to. Great equipment, clean facilities, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Proper good atmosphere every time I go. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a member at this gym for years and have always had a great experience. I especially enjoy the classes on the gym floor — they’re well run and welcoming for everyone.

Amber Le May is one of the instructors and she is absolutely brilliant. Her classes cater for all abilities and ages, and she has a fantastic way of inspiring and encouraging everyone while remaining highly professional.

I would highly recommend this gym, and especially the classes.

I went to Pilates with Polly and Stretch and Mobility with Grace. Both instructors were just incredibly kind and caring.
They created a genuine safe space in their classes where I believe everyone felt valued and supported.
Both gave challenges and variations to make sure everyone was included at whatever level you happen to be at. Grace answered numerous questions with ease. I didn't want the classes to end and would highly recommend attending.

Terrible gym. I signed up for 3 months. After 1 month in Norwich my work ended. I continued to pay the full 3 months. I went out of my way 1 day on weekend for 2 months 10 miles away, the gym there car parking was awful, I spoke to staff there who said they couldn't do anything to address on weekends, change the amount of classes etc. After 3 months I paid, on the 4th month they chase me for more money saying I had to give months notice. Its 3 months now, and they add extra month on, sending onto a debt collecting agency. Never will I use this company again, and neither will my family going forward.

Hadn't planned to use the gym or the pool, but everyone at Bannatyne was so lovely and helpful and made us so welcome that we joined the club for a year - many thanks Emily and Caitlin!

Such amazing staff and really nice gym to work out in ! Recently started going to this gym regularly, the equipment is varied and good quality with many options (which is more than I’ve seen from most gyms) the changing rooms are nice and always clean and include a sauna ! Again staff are super friendly and really enjoy my chats with them ! Would definitely recommend this gym to anyone :)

Popped my details in to see what deal I could get through work, as the offer details were held behind a sign up wall, including my phone number. Price was still out of reach for me so left it. Since then (about a week ago) they have called me 25+ times, ringing back immediately even after I press busy. I've also been bombarded with spam calls from all sorts of other call centers hosting various different scams. This started immediately afer I'd provided them with my details. I've had the same number for 18 years and don't plan on changing it, I am very careful about where I share it and until giving them my number have NEVER received spam calls on it, in 18 years. I am livid that a place such as this, which you would expect to take care of customer / potential customer data is clearly sharing personal information including phone numbers with god knows who, and harassing me on a daily basis (including today, easter Sunday) with their calls. I'd long wanted to join here, and have been hoping to find the money, but I'll be striking them off my list. Furious.
