I'm so happy with the outcome of my balayage: after many different hair dyes that I applied myself, my hair got darker and darker and it wasn't possible to get it lighter. First I got a hair consultation to discuss the options and a hair test and the same girl was the one doing my hair a few weeks later.

Shout out to Shannon: such a lovely, positive and driven girl - I was really comfortable the whole time, she explained everything she was doing and my hair looks so good, the picture doesn't do it enough justice. The colour is exactly what I wanted.

Such a nice atmosphere in the salon itself as well, almost like you were just relaxing at home. I felt taken care of the whole time - I truly recommend this salon to anyone!

Shannon did an amazing job with my hair! So happy and thankful for the results.
I went to a different salon who botched the dye and ended up with unblended blonde lines (photos 2 and 3) despite this Shannon absolutely saved my hair and was able to get me back to a gorgeous blended colour (pic 1).

I had my hair dyed for the first time by Shannon this morning, I had a half head of highlights and she did an amazing job and I’m super pleased with it! She’s done a great job to make sure it’ll blend out nicely when my hair grows out as well, they are super welcoming and friendly, definitely worth coming if you are nervous about getting your hair done!

I had such a fantastic experience at Aurora Lounge in Norwich! Danielle and Shannon are absolutely amazing at what they do. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel so welcome and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted.

Their attention to detail is incredible, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. I left feeling so confident and happy with my hair—it’s honestly one of the best results I’ve ever had! The whole atmosphere is relaxed, friendly, and professional.

I had my hair cut and styled today by Amber and I'm extremely happy with my new hair cut. Amber is so friendly and I felt so at ease and relaxed straight away. The salon has a lovely friendly atmosphere and I've had the best experience today. I will definitely recommend to everyone and I will 100% be going back for all my cuts in the future. Absolutely amazing experience for my daughter’s first official hair cut, wash, blow dry and style! Shannon was so kind and understanding when my 7yr old started to get impatient and a little frustrated from sitting still. Great hairdressers, they made my hair look utterly beautiful. However they did charge me £379 to fit MY hair extensions that Id already bought, to do my roots hilights, cut and dry. I feel they are well expensive!
