Honestly, this was the most disappointing visit. They charge more than other places in the area, yet the quality and service were the worst I’ve experienced.

I went in for a manicure and pedicure and specifically asked for square toenails, but they were shaped rounded instead. My manicure was meant to be a simple BIAB French tip, yet one hand has thick tips while the other has thin ones — they’re completely uneven.

When I pointed this out, I was dismissed and told they were the same, which is simply not true. The lack of care and professionalism was really frustrating.

I spent 3 hours there and left feeling upset and disappointed. I definitely wouldn’t return or recommend.

Very disappointing with my pedicure today. I always get my nails done from them but unfortunately when i came home today and checked my heels weren’t done perfectly.
Such a waste of 43 pounds.

I got my acrylics done a week and a half ago, and they have fallen off and some were chipped after a day or two, very disappointed as they were not cheap!! The quality was atrocious and I would not recommend!!!

I’ve been going to Wonderful Nails in Lloyds Court for around two years and have always been really happy with both my nails and the service. Unfortunately, since the two shops merged, the experience has gone downhill.

They’ve brought in new staff, and it’s clear some of them are not properly trained. On top of that, I found the service to be quite rude and unprofessional, which is really disappointing given how good it used to be.

At my most recent appointment, I was in the salon for 1 hour and 50 minutes just for a BIAB infill, which is far longer than it should take.

It’s a shame because this used to be a place I would highly recommend, but based on my recent experiences, I wouldn’t return unless things improve

I spent nearly two hours at this salon and left extremely disappointed with my nails. I decided to try it because my usual nail tech wasn’t available and it had been recommended by my sister.

When I arrived, I was greeted politely and asked to sit at the second-to-last table. However, the customer next to me was already complaining about her nails and looked very unhappy. Unfortunately, I soon understood why.

Roxy did my nails. I asked her not to use the e-file because my nails were already weak and had no product on them, but she insisted she needed to. While she was filing, it became painful because my nails are thin and sensitive.

The builder gel application was messy and all over the sides of my nails. I assumed it would be tidied before colour was applied, but it wasn’t. The colour was also painted all over the sides of my nails and looked very rushed. When I asked her to tidy them up, she started filing again and removed some of the colour, leaving the shape uneven.

At that point my nails already looked worse than what a beginner nail tech might do. I was then sent to another technician to finish the colour. I explained what I wasn’t happy with and she agreed, but unfortunately the end result still wasn’t good.

My nails were thick, bumpy and poorly painted. We even had to dry them longer because the polish wasn’t setting properly, and you could still see areas where previous product hadn’t been filed down properly. Honestly, they looked like I had done them myself.

For the price charged, it’s unacceptable for customers to leave this disappointed. I will not be returning, and after showing friends and family the results they’ve also decided not to go there.

I originally booked with Tui, but apparently I spelled the name wrong. They knew who I meant but she was busy and gave me Roxy instead the same technician who’s previous customer had been complaining when I arrived. What I will add is she then complained about me to her friend not realising I was watching her talk about me as if I was been difficult.

I've been going to Wonderful nails for 8 years, and there's a reason I've stuck with them for so long. They are brilliant. The quality of care I receive is always above and beyond. Not only do they give me fantastic nails but also a kind, clean, welcoming environment where I always walk out smiling. 3 generations of fabulously wonderful women are the real heart of the salon, and I love that. My nails are well crafted and long-lasting. The ladies in there are so talented, especially Kim who is exceptional at nail art and really cares for the quality of her work.

While the service is fast and usually done well, I have recently noticed the staff’s behaviour as extremely rude. She shouted on me couple of times when I asked question or was taking time to decide the nail shade and then ended up doing something different to what I had asked for.

I had such a wonderful experience getting my nails done by Kim. She was so polite and welcoming, and gentle with my nails the entire time. I absolutely love how my nails turned out—they’re beautiful and exactly what I wanted. You can really tell she cares about her work, and I’ll definitely be going back to her again, thank you so much 💅✨

I have been to milton keynes branch near lloyds court, the staff is rude. The young lady on reception is one of the worst. She is disrespectful and mannerless. I tried to ask her about what all kinds of nail treatments they, as it was the first ever time i was getting nails done, so i needed guidance, the attitude with which she handles customers is extremely bad. I ignored it the first time thinking it must be one of the bad days. Weeks after i called to book another session, again the same rude attitude as if they are gonna do the nails for free. Before anything else , they need to be taught some manners to talk, felt like talking to a mean spoilt teenager. Worse. Does not deserve even 1 star.
