I can only comment on having gel on natural nails but they always do a great job. Colour is never patchy and I feel like they take their time even when they are busy, which is nice. Very reasonable prices.

Had my nails done 2 days ago, paid £35 for very short french tips and the gel has already started peeling off the acrylic such a waste of money!! The man was very rude and rough would not recommend when I asked for them to re do them as the was so bad the 2 lady’s was so rude was both screaming at me

I have had acryllic nails done many a times with them, they are really good, literally 6 weeks later nails looking fabulous, grown very quickly. They dont speak hardly unless its directing to what kind of work they want to carry out, which is a shame as sometimes its nice to interact, so it feels kind of rude, a shame as the level of service I do like.

It is my first time doing my gel manicure here. It is Monday, so the shop is not that busy.

I’d like to say the stylist is very professional to listen to my needs, remove my old gel nails and do the nails to match my preferences. They deserve a 5 star indeed!

Took advantage of my 11yr old daughter by "upselling" her from a kids nails session (£13) to a set of full acrylics (which were done poorly for £40). My daughter was with her 17yr old auntie who didn't feel confident enough to challenge the salesperson. When confronted by an adult his understanding of the English language took a turn for the worse. Spoke to us like trash also. Never going here again. Please avoid.

Had my nails done at this nail var in Mk Xscape years ago they did a good job but nowadays they rush once they see customers turning up I ended up having Mt cuticle cut and explained how infections can occur as I worked in beauty before told the man there that rushing caused an injury as my finger was bleeding when I asked why it wasn't written in their accident book he remarked that they didn't have one. Told me he didn't know what to do other than offer me antiseptic liquid whilst standing there. I was quite concerned aboit health and safety breaches as they used the same electrical buffer on the next person but made sure their hands were protected with gloves , how can it be sanitary to use metal tools on someone you hurt drawing blood to then procede onto the next. I asked if they were even insured was told he didn't know. Please go somewhere else they rush here worrying more about numbers not good customer service or your safety
