First time using Genki Beauty for neck, shoulders, back massage and manicure. Was not disappointed. Claire is a lovely down to earth lady who takes pride in her work. She is very friendly and makes you feel at ease from the moment you step into her salon. Massage was superb and I felt so much better afterwards. My nails were in bad condition but Claire did a fantastic job and made them look wonderful. The cost of both treatments was very reasonable. So pleased with her services I have booked another session. Highly recommend this fantastic lady. Thank you Claire 😊

POST LOCKDOWN REVIEW.
Went to see Claire to get my back waxed after lockdown so I look less like a gorilla and she did a great job as always 😆
Anyway, I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Claire had taken the time to complete a Dermalogica clean touch course before reopening, rather than some generic covid safe course, and was more than happy to talk me through the changes she had made to make the salon as safe as possible. Big thumbs up and a thank you from me for all the hard work you've put in Claire. 👍👍👍
