My daughter and I have been going to nail sense for around two years. We book monthly and have been nothing but delighted with both the service and the lovely staff. All are truly professional in the service they provide and the care and quality of their work. We have been to other establishments for services in the past, but nail sense is by far superior. We look forward to going there and enjoy the company of all working there. I have had microblading done there too, which was done to perfection. This is an extremely busy salon which says it all.

I have been coming here for 8 years and refuse to go anywhere else! Friendly staff and very welcoming! For anyone that wants good nails this is your place. Never ever have I had a bad experience I always come out thinking yep love!

I have only ever got my nails done at nail sense and each time I have had a brilliant experience. The lady doing my nails was very kind and talkative which made it a better experience. My nails came out perfect and the dog was so cute! 10000% coming back again thanks nail sense! Xxx

DISAPPOINTED - two visits for toe painting, I will not go here again. My toe nails were not wiped/cleaned before or after painting, no gloves used, the same uncleaned tools were used for each client (I was sat waiting for a client to finish, I was waiting longer than I was getting my nails done) I had to rest my foot on a lap which was not comfortable. Communication was non existent, pointing when wanting my foot on lap and kept repeating the cost at payment as if expecting more. I did not get the colour I asked for DND-DC216 Miami a deep fuchsia pink, I was given DND-DC212 which was a baby pink, I know this as have researched it since leaving. I didn’t see the point in saying anything because communication was already strained/not first language and because of the set up -with foot on lap- you can’t actually see much of what they are doing as the desk is in front of you blocking the view, the only time you see your toes are the moments in between the lamp being placed over/off. £26 for 14 minutes in the chair for foot to be raised, uncomfortable and keeping tense to keep it on their lap was not the enjoyable experience I had hoped for. This is a numbers game, how many can be processed, not about a professional or enjoyable experience. I will not be visiting again.

I wrote the review below. After another break I have been back. Pedicure and acrylic nails. Still feel the same, friendly staff, great service. Thank you.
I've not been having nails done for a few months. Returned today and was made very welcome. It was like I had never been away. Lovely staff, friendly good service. Love having my nails done and would choose Nail Sense every time. Glad to be back.

Just had my infills done at this salon and the nail technician was called mickey she was a lovely friendly lady and very helpful in helping me choose my colour... Will definately visit again
