Google Made an appointment 3 weeks ago for my lash, got there in time and she didn’t get there until 45 minutes later. No regard whatsoever for my time. No prior notice that she would be late, her excuse just wasn’t adding up. Had to cancel my appointment and get a refund of my deposit. Unprofessional!!

Google I had my hair done here and my hairdresser did such a beautiful job! She was gentle, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. The salon was clean, the service was amazing, and I walked out feeling so confident and happy with my hair. I definitely recommend this place — I’ll be coming back again!

Google 1st time experience and this will not be my last! XtyArtistry’s hand work when it came to doing my daughters hair was just on POINT! Her customer service skills was 10/10 as well as her coworkers in the shop! They were all amazing and kept us fully entertained with laughter, music and vibes! If you are looking for your one stop shop! (Hair, nails, lashes, makeup, gele, waxing AND MORE) then XtyArtistry is your woman!! They also have multiple barbering services located in the shop ☺️

To the best of my knowledge, you where given exactly what you requested and was even asked each step if you where okay with what you want before proceeding which you acknowledged.. for the time management, it was because the previous customer before you, came in late as such, it affected yours and which the nail tech tried to beat the same time and am sorry about the time management, we will do better..
