The service I received from Superdrug at the peel centre Stockport was fantastic from LILY, she was amazing! she was so patient and kind and nothing was to much trouble for her 🥰 asking her colleagues for advice along the way who were also so pleasant.
I called in for an eyeshadow and I asked her a question and she went that extra mile and stayed with me through my search trying to find the correct colour, she also found me a beautiful colour lipstick and I also bought a couple of other items which if the service from Lily hadn’t had been so excellent I probably wouldn’t of purchased. So a big shout shout out to Lily Thank you so much 🥰 best wishes Sue Davies 😊

I got my 4 year old daughters ears pierced here today by lady called Lynn i think?
She was really patient, professional and caring and kept my daughter at ease during the whole process!
I would definitely recommend ear piercing done here.

Staff absolutely ignorant, to busy chatting to each other, when asked the price of something was told , "I don't know just by looking at it, what did it say on the tag " when she could of just check as she was at a till very rude and unprofessional

Don't often post reviews of shops. But the girl on check out went above and beyond. She was so friendly & helpful and had great knowledge of products. Really helped me out. I think (?) her name was Tiana or Tatiana? Something like that. But yeah great staff.

I don’t often leave reviews, good or bad however I felt compelled to do so today. Good variety of products and I found what I needed but the staff there were so rude, there seemed to be loads of staff members just milling around and talking, took about 3 minutes to even be acknowledged when stood at the tills, I politely greeted the women and she didn’t even acknowledge me whilst shouting across to her colleagues further down in an unprofessional manner. I believe she was called tiana. Very rude and had 0 customer service skills.

I’ve been to Beauty Studio twice and will definitely be returning regularly for eyebrow threading and tinting with Danni. She’s an absolute expert - very professional and really takes a pride in her work. So friendly too.

I have just visited this store on the stockport retail park and must say it's the best customer service and feeling I've had in a store in such a long time my daughters had their ears pierced were quite nervous but the lady and gent made them feel at such ease and comfort they have left happy and sparkling with their new studs can not fault the service and the entire store and layout at all also the staff knew the answers to any questions asked fabulous staff and store
