Absolutley horrendous experience I sat down to have my eyebrows done the woman was laughing whilst doing them then shown me the mirror I burst into tears as soon as I saw them, she destroyed my eyebrows I’ve been left with nothing then she was so rude shouting at me whilst I was so upset place needs shutting down! No sorry nothing rudest experience I’ve ever had and I’m devastated I’ve got no eyebrows left

I have been coming to Nail Lux for over two years and my nails are always exquisite. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. The owners are always so friendly and accommodating, providing advice on colours, shape etc.

Had granddaughter nails done by day eight two have come off they don't guarantee the quality of there work so be warned waste of 37 pounds and no she's not a kid and no she didn't bite it off like they accused her of

I only went there once however staff was really friendly. I loved my nails and they lasted.

Came as a walk-in customer during the festive season. I opted for acrylic nails with designs and they turned out soo pretty. Nail techs were professional, had a nice chat with the lady who did my nails. There's also a gorgeous dog in the shop and very well-trained. Absolutely a 5 star experience, thank you!!
